My friend and trusted assistant, Devon Knight, who many of you met when he posted here earlier this year, had a big day today. Devon was asked by the producers of The Cooking Channel’s Food(ography) to make an appearance in an upcoming episode.
Today was filming day and Devon prepared a mofongo recipe he modified from a few different sources with ingredients found at any local NY bodega. We tested the recipe last week and I took this shot.
