Last week, I was at the Bubble Lounge at the request of manager Emanuelle Chiche and chef Pichet Ong to document the collaboration of the notable downtown champagne lounge and one of the best pastry chefs in NY. Manu is one of my closest friends and I have shot with Pichet at P*Ong in the past, so everyone was comfortable and familiar with each other.
We had a fun shoot, got some great shots and took home loads of Pichet’s goodies. If you get a chance go down to the Bubble Lounge and check out the new dessert menu. The Village Voice had a write up and the menu and images will be up on their website shortly.


That butterscotch and champagne mango parfait looks scrumptious. Love the depth of field with all the purple and orange details. Terrific work.
